Following on from the success of the Inverclyde project ‘Talking Round Corners’ 18 Stirling schools are involved in a pilot project which focuses on the work of Robin Alexander(Dialogic Teaching) and Robert Fisher(Thinking Skills).

The schools involved will be actively researching the impact of a structured approach to developing talking and listening across the curriculum. A significant part of this will be setting up support networks, pairings and organising sessions where the teachers involved meet to share ideas and develop a professional dialogue of the key principles and issues around this approach to learning and teaching.
